Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Fabric: Once order has been placed, the fabric is considered cut and may require a 20% restocking fee. If contacted within 1-3 business days and the fabric is not yet cut, a full refund may apply.

Finished Products: We can only give a full refund for products not used or washed. Exchanges may not apply as our products tend to be unique in nature; a credit may apply in these cases. We guarantee our quality and will work on a case-by-case basis for exchanges or refunds for any quality issues on our handcrafted items.

To be eligible for a return, we ask that the product be returned in the same packaging to reduce environmental impact. Packaging that is environmentally-conscious (made from recycled materials) will suffice. Products damaged in transit via weather will not be eligible for a refund.

We do not accept returns of products that are intimate or sanitary goods that have been washed regardless of use (or lack thereof). For these items we recommend purchasing a single product to try or, if a larger order, test only ONE of the items. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sewalamode6@gmail.com and send your item to: 54115 Hwy 44, Sturgeon County AB T8T0J6, Canada. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return if unopened or returned in the same packaging unused. a 20% restocking fee may apply. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return or exchange your product, send us an email at sewalamode6@gmail.com. We will communicate with you in regards to the nature of your concern or issue. Once confirmed, you should mail your product to: 54115 Hwy 44, Sturgeon County AB T8T0J6, Canada 

For products in which shipping is included (ex. finished products without quality issues), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For products in which shipping is not included (ex. fabric), we will email a shipping return label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on products that include shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Products shipped in small and large envelopes are not tracked whereas products in boxes are.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
